What independent testing means at Latin Bird Coffee
Quality goes beyond flavor. We publish independent laboratory results so customers can see what was tested, how it was reported, and which sample the results apply to.
What the current report shows
FoodChain ID tested a roasted coffee sample identified as lot #12983284.
- Arsenic, cadmium, mercury, and lead were each reported below the laboratory's 0.010 ppm quantification limit.
- The mycotoxins listed in the report were reported as Not Detected.
These results apply to that specific tested sample. They are not a universal guarantee for every coffee or every future lot.
Why transparency matters
Testing is most useful when customers can inspect the source document. A credible testing claim should identify the laboratory, sample or lot, analytes, methods, dates, and reporting limits.

Part of good craft
We pair transparent testing with intentional sourcing, a washed process, and coffee roasted after you order. The goal is simple: give you better information and a fresher cup.
Bring the ritual home
