Latin Bird Coffee was born from a shared love between a father and his daughters for coffee, food, and Latin American culture. What started as simple moments — exploring cafés, cooking together, traveling, and learning about where flavors come from — slowly became something deeper. A desire to share the warmth, richness, and joy found in those experiences with others.

Some of our favorite memories are tied to places where coffee wasn’t rushed. Where it was brewed slowly, shared generously, and enjoyed intentionally. Whether sitting in a small café tucked into a colonial street or at home with family, coffee was always part of the experience — not the distraction.

That sense of presence is what we wanted to capture with Latin Bird Coffee.

As a family, we bonded over discovering new flavors, learning how coffee is grown, and understanding the stories behind each origin. Our daughters grew up tasting coffees from different regions, learning how soil, altitude, and process shape flavor. Over time, coffee became a shared language between us — something that connected curiosity, culture, and creativity.

That’s why we focus on small-batch, freshly roasted Latin American coffee. Every coffee we offer is sourced from regions known for quality, character, and tradition. We work with coffees grown by smallholder farmers and cooperatives who care deeply about their craft.

Roasting in small batches allows us to highlight what makes each coffee special. We’re not chasing trends or overpowering flavors. Instead, we aim for balance, clarity, and drinkability — coffees that feel good to return to day after day.
