We do not roast coffee in advance or let it sit on shelves. Your coffee is roasted after your order is placed, then packaged and shipped within 1–2 business days to protect its flavor and aroma.

Every batch of Latin Bird Coffee is third-party tested for mycotoxins, mold, yeast, and heavy metals. Great coffee should taste exceptional and be something you can feel confident enjoying.
